Onboard new hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare centers
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing hospital partners
• Promote Settlemed’s services to hospital management and doctors
• Achieve regional onboarding and revenue targets
• Conduct regular hospital visits and business review meetings
• Coordinate with internal operations and backend teams for smooth case handling
• Track competitor activities and market trends in the healthcare space
• Ensure proper documentation, SLA adherence, and timely issue resolution
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build long-term hospital relationships
• Knowledge of healthcare sales, insurance, or TPA processes is a plus
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned states
Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline
• MBA / PGDM (Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management) preferred
Experience
• 4–8 years of experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, TPA, or insurance-related roles
