Job Description:

# Responsible to build excellent customer relationship

# Understand the needs of inbound/Outbound/Walk-in Customers and approach them

appropriately to meet their requirements

# Ensure customer retention and renewal of membership by providing effective customer

support services

# Responsible for the upkeep of the retail

# Handling sales cash as per process and generating Pay in slips on receipt of payments and

uploading the challan on the retail interface to support reconciliations

# Ensuring timely opening and closing of the outlet and keeping it operational during

functional hours

# Striving to achieve set revenue targets

# Ensure profile completeness of registered customers

# Understand the needs of inbound/Outbound/Walk-in Customers and approach them

appropriately to meet their requirements
