• Maintain proper product display and ensure cleanliness of counters.

• Stay updated on latest mobile technologies, brands, and features.

• Provide post-sale support and coordinate with service teams if needed.

• Record customer inquiries, feedback, and walk-ins.

• Report daily sales and stock updates to the supervisor or team lead.
