Jewellery Salesman

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

• Showcase gold and diamond jewellery collections with product knowledge.

• Assist customers in selecting products based on style, budget, and preferences.

• Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items to maximize sales.

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide after-sales support.

Product Knowledge

• Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends, designs, and purity standards.

• Understand pricing, weight calculation, and hallmarking details.

• Stay updated with ongoing offers and new arrivals.

Store Management

• Ensure proper display of jewellery in showcases.

• Handle stock counts, tagging, and inventory as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.

Billing & Documentation

• Prepare invoices and support the billing team when needed.

• Follow company policies on returns, exchanges, and customer documentation.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
