Job Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s products (doors & windows) through online and offline marketing.

• Develop marketing strategies to attract architects, builders, and individual customers.

• Handle social media, advertising campaigns, and brand promotions.

• Visit clients, project sites, and dealers to generate leads and build relationships.

• Coordinate with the sales and production teams for smooth order execution.

• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of digital and field marketing.

• Confident, goal-oriented, and willing to travel locally.

• Prior experience in construction, interior, or building material industry is a plus.
