·         Process orders, handle billing, and coordinate delivery and installation.

·         Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

·         Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.

·         Stay updated on trends in furniture design and industry competition.

·         Proven experience in retail sales, furniture sales preferred.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
