Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Design Consultant who can blend the art of design with the science of sales. You’ll be the face of Avian in our flagship store, guiding clients through their journey of discovering luxury furniture that fits their vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage walk-in clients, understanding their lifestyle and needs.

• Provide design-led consultations to help clients visualize furniture in their homes.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Avian’s collections and finishes.

• Build strong client relationships, ensuring repeat visits and referrals.

• Meet sales targets while offering an exceptional customer experience.

• Coordinate with the design and delivery teams for seamless client service.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably in interiors, luxury, or lifestyle.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Passion for design, interiors, and luxury living.

• Ability to engage with HNI clients confidently.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
