Counter Salesman

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle in-store sales, assist customers with product inquiries and demonstrations, negotiate deals, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the sales counter in a professional and friendly manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features, benefits, and pricing.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by management.

• Handle negotiations and close sales deals effectively.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents accurately.

• Maintain proper display and stock arrangement of products at the counter.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Coordinate with the inventory and accounts team for smooth sales operations.

• Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.

• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
