Counter Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products.

• Handle product displays and maintain the visual presentation of the showroom.

• Provide information on designs, collections, offers, and pricing.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

• Manage billing support and coordinate with the cashier when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and showcase.

• Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
