Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to join our reputed jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, showcasing jewellery pieces, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them throughout their shopping experience.

Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery options.

Explain product details such as purity, weight, design, and pricing.

Handle billing, packaging, and documentation of sales.

Maintain showroom cleanliness and merchandise display standards.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Provide after-sales service and handle customer queries or complaints.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in counter sales, preferably in the jewellery industry or luxury brand

Good command over English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).

Presentable with a pleasing personality.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
