Counter Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to speak English fluently. Freshers with a passion for sales are also welcome, as full sales training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Understand customer needs and suggest the right premium/luxury pen products.

• Provide detailed product information and demonstrate product features.

• Assist customers in making purchase decisions and ensure high-quality service.

• Maintain counter display, stock arrangement, and store cleanliness.

• Handle billing, packaging, and customer queries efficiently.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills with fluent English speaking ability.

• Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.

• Basic understanding of sales and retail operations (training will be provided).

• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

• Freshers are welcome – sales training will be provided.

• Minimum education: HSC / Graduate preferred.
