Beauty Advisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in cosmetic sales, strong product knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting cosmetic products.

• Recommend products based on customer needs, skin type, and preferences.

• Demonstrate proper product application techniques.

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and trends.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper display of products at the counter.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the cosmetic industry (sales or advisory).

• Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary) qualification.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable appearance with a passion for beauty and skincare.

• Basic knowledge of makeup and skincare products.

• Ability to work in a team and flexible with shifts.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
