Sales & Customer Service:

Assist with stock audits, tagging, and organizing merchandise.
Ensure accurate inventory records and timely replenishment.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure store displays are attractive and in line with brand guidelines.
Rotate mannequins and featured products regularly.
Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation standards.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Track performance against targets.
Provide insights to Store Manager for improvement.
Cash Handling & Billing:
Supervise POS operations and cash handling procedures.
Ensure accurate billing, returns, and exchanges.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Store Operations & Security:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Oversee store maintenance and security protocols.
Report any issues (technical, operational, or security) promptly.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with regular customers.
Promote loyalty programs or seasonal campaigns.
Collect customer feedback for service improvement.
