HVAC Technician

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, split ACs, VRV/VRF systems, ducts, and ventilation units).

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and extend equipment life.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and repair faults.

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and building codes.

• Monitor HVAC system performance and energy efficiency; recommend improvements.

• Prepare and maintain daily service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory records.

• Coordinate with facility management and vendors for service requests and spare procurement.

• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and breakdowns.
