HVAC Helper (Commercial Project)

Assist HVAC technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial air conditioning systems. Handle ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment under supervision. Load/unload materials, prepare tools, and keep the work area clean. Support testing and commissioning work. Follow all site safety rules and use PPE properly. Must be physically fit, reliable, and able to work in all weather conditions. Basic knowledge of HVAC tools preferred. Qualification: 10th/12th pass or ITI (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning). Experience: 0–2 years. Reports to HVAC Technician or Site Supervisor. Growth to Technician role possible with experience and training.
