Senior Job details • Proposed designation - Team Lead • Role type - Team contributor • Reporting to Manager • Geo to be supported - United States • Work timings - 4:30pm to 1am IST (Hybrid & flexibility expected) Roles & responsibilities The position in discussion is with the KGS Recruitment Process Optimization (RPO) team for the US geography, as part of People & Business Services capability, which is an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance innovation, end-client support, and improve profitability globally. KGS RPO team has been providing solutions to KPMG member firms globally. By leveraging insights and applying best practices, the RPO team assists member firms in streamlining their recruitment process by identifying qualified candidates for their current and future talent needs. The team’s capabilities include candidate sourcing, diversity hiring, leadership hiring, campus hiring and candidate outreach, talent mapping & insights. • Execute & oversee recruitment support operations for KPMG US including end to end recruitment activities across functions, including Audit, Tax, Advisory, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Technology, Finance, and other Business Process groups for contractor market. • Deep understanding of domain/functional/technical skills relevant to the Business and US hiring norms. • Adherence to the recruitment/HR//Risk as per defined process with accuracy & timeliness of data capturing . • Deliver on the client requirements as per agreed SLAs • Active stakeholder management and the ability to build strong relationships • Adherence to process compliance and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data management • Effective communication on delivery status and timely responsiveness to Business queries • Effective Candidate database management • Leading recruitment related support across breadth of the firm. Should be able to lead independent client communication on an ongoing basis. • Should be proficient in mentoring and training new and seasoned team members with exceptional performance management skills. • Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members • Extend ongoing support to a business unit strategy initiative around knowledge management, quality, process improvement, task management, etc. • Ability to prioritize and manage onshore requests independently for team, apply strategic perspective and innovative ideas • Should be able to lead independent client communication on an ongoing basis • Proactively communicate to the stakeholder on the progress & challenges & suggest alternative solutions Skills and Experience • Articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience of working in an MNC set up for US recruitment support/offshore support model is a must • Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values • Ability to translate competitive findings into insights and recommend solutions/observation to stakeholders. • Knowledge of US contractor market and hiring norms • Strong analytical skills and creative thinking is a must • Experience in ATS and CRM technologies • Experience i n stakeholder management • Good Excel an d dat a management skills • Attention to detail and Negotiation skills Educational qualifications • Bachelors /Masters Work experience • 6-8 years of experience in relevant domain • Preferred exposure to international work setup • Must be able to work shift schedule mirroring US work hours. • Key behavioral attributes/requirements • Team player, work planner and a good organizer • Integrity, accountability, decision making, process improvement • Driving quality results, resilience, customer focused • Effective interpersonal skill and creative thinker • Lead client and internal communication with no/limited handholding Experience Level Senior Level
