Recruiter – Basic Job Description

Role: Recruiter / Recruitment Executive

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.

  • Screen candidates based on job requirements.

  • Conduct initial recruitment calls and explain job opportunities.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.

  • Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
