Senior Workday Talent Management Consultant Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Talent Management Consultant to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Workday Talent solutions. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to HR and Talent leaders, driving digital talent transformation initiatives and enabling organizations to maximize workforce performance, career growth, succession readiness, skills visibility, and internal mobility. Key Responsibilities 5+ years of Workday Talent Management experience and 8+ years of overall HR Technology or HCM consulting experience. Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Workday implementations. Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Workday Talent Management solutions. Partner with HR, Talent Management, and Business Leaders to define and optimize talent processes. Drive talent transformation initiatives aligned with business and workforce strategies. Workday Talent Configuration and maintain Workday Talent modules including: Performance Management, Goals Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning , Career Development and other business objects. Able Conduct requirements gathering, workshops, and fit-gap analysis sessions. Design scalable, best-practice solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation. Develop talent dashboards, reports, and workforce insights. Provide analytics on performance, succession readiness, skills, talent mobility, and employee development. Support data-driven talent decision-making. Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities. Assess Workday releases and recommend adoption of new Talent features and capabilities. Collaborate with HR COEs, HR Business Partners, IT teams, and executive stakeholders. Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise on Workday Talent solutions. Mentor junior consultants and support project delivery teams. Additional Requirements Must be willing to work from the office 5 days a week . Must be able to work from Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad . Flexibility to support business-critical activities, including financial close cycles, production deployments, and system upgrades outside regular business hours when required.
