Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Call Centre Executive to support high-volume hiring of Delivery Executives / Delivery Partners for our e-commerce logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound job seeker calls, making outbound calls to leads generated through social media and campaigns, verifying basic documents, and coordinating with hub HR / hub managers to move eligible candidates quickly through the hiring funnel.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, lead follow-up, basic document checking, and daily tracker updates. The person should be able to work with speed, discipline, and ownership to convert leads into onboard-ready delivery candidates.
