Key Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding & Induction
Manage the induction process for all new employees.
Oversee joining formalities, documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
Recruitment & Selection
Handle the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
Prepare and release offer letters for selected candidates.
Create employee codes and initiate Pocket HRMS logins.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Draft and issue appointment letters.
Manage payroll preparation, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Handle employee exit formalities including full & final (FnF) settlements and clearance procedures.
Performance Management
Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and maintain performance records.
Payroll & Compliance
Ensure accurate payroll management and statutory compliance.
Support in resolving salary, attendance, and HRMS-related queries.
