Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services
Handle inbound customer calls, queries, and support requests professionally
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending sales opportunities
Close sales and achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and outcomes
Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases to the concerned team
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to improve retention
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support
Adhere to company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) when required
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team for improvement
Job Requirements:
