This role primarily involves hiring for the Banking sector, including positions such as Sales Executives and Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities • Source and screen candidates for various roles in the Banking sector. • Conduct 100+ candidate calls per day to assess suitability for different roles. • Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients. • Maintain a candidate database and track hiring metrics. • Meet recruitment targets and contribute actively to the company's hiring goals. • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Stay updated with market trends and recruitment best practices. Qualifications • Experience: Prior recruitment experience (especially in sales hiring) preferred but not mandatory. • Education: Graduation in any field desirable. • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Requirements: Must own a laptop. • Professional Discipline: o Punctuality is a must—consistent attendance and time management are non-negotiable. o Willingness to learn, develop skills, and grow with the company is expected. o Candidates looking only for quick money without commitment to growth and learning are not encouraged to apply.
