We are Looking for a Sr Recruitment Specialist who meets our below Criteria:

1) Min Qualification is Graduation (Preferably PG in HR should do however open to Graduates).

2)Should have min 3 Years to - max 7 Years Years of Talent Acquisition managing, Job Portals, like Naukri, LinkedIN, hands on Experience in Job Fairs , Campus Drives, Vendor Management, Employee Referral, Social Media Sourcing, Coordination for all rounds of Interviews and MIS Preparation(Walkin Footfall Report). This role requires you to travel for Job fairs and Campus Visits as need be.

3) Need someone who can aggressively close open positions/ Gaps with the given TAT for Tamil Nadu.

4) Should be a go getter and should be staying close to Egmore, Chennai and willing to do a Day shift from 9:00 am to 6 :00 PM(Monday to Saturday)
