Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions across the company. This role involves collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs, sourcing candidates through different channels, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities :

Candidate Sourcing :

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates.

Use job boards, social media, and networking to attract talent.

Build a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.

Screening and Interviewing:

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Conduct reference checks and background verification as needed.

Managing Recruitment Process:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support.

Provide feedback with insights on
