Role Overview:

ZSapiens Softech Pvt. Ltd. (Shoolini Online) is looking for a proactive and motivated Placement Officer to join our team at the Shoolini University campus in Solan.

This is an exciting opportunity for fresh MBA graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to gain hands-on exposure to campus placement operations and corporate liaison activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing campus recruitment drives.

Build and maintain relationships with companies for placement opportunities.

Coordinate between students, faculty, and recruiters.

Maintain and update placement records and student databases.

Prepare students for interviews through workshops, resume reviews, and mock interviews.

Monitor and report placement progress regularly.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic data handling.

Additional Details:

Type: Full-time (on ZSapiens Softech Pvt. Ltd. rolls)

Initial Term: Contractual with performance-based evaluation

Future Scope: Conversion to a full-time role based on performance during the contractual period
