Job Description

SKN Hospitality and FoodWorks ( A Spice manufacturing and Trading company) with the brand name MASALA BABU having a plant setup at Parwanoo ,district Solan, Himachal Pradesh is hiring for following staff on priority.

Designation : Accounts and Inventory Executive
Location : Parwanoo (Himachal Pradesh)

Experience : Fresher /Undergraduate /Final Year
Budget : 1.2 Lac Annually to 1.44 Lac Annually

Key Responsibilities:

(1) He shall be responsible for performing accounts,inventory and payment receivable tasks on an in-built APP.

(2) He shall maintain and record daily expenses vs payments and purchase vs sales entries.

(3) He shall compile data and prepare reports as per management's requirement.

(4) He shall manage inventory /stocks of raw material , spices , finished good and packaging material.

(5) He shall monitor stocks levels and report shortages and keep inventory records readily available.

(6) He shall compile payment received via various modes(cash/online) and coordinate with the sales team for timely collection of the payment .

(6) Shall report the account and inventory data,trends and feedback to management regularly.

-Basic accounting and inventory knowledge, good record keeping ability with Honest and responsible attitude
