Are you passionate about recruitment and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments? We’re looking for a driven Executive Recruiter to join our team and help scale our BPO operations through bulk hiring.
As an Executive Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for BPO/non-voice/voice roles. You’ll work closely with our hiring managers and help us meet aggressive ramp-up targets through innovative sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement strategies.
Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO processes (voice/non-voice)
Source candidates via job portals, walk-ins, social media & referrals
Conduct screening & coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Ensure a smooth candidate experience & maintain a strong pipeline
Track hiring metrics & meet weekly/monthly targets
Coordinate onboarding with HR/Operations
6 months – 2 years of recruitment experience (BPO hiring preferred)
Excellent communication & coordination skills
Strong sourcing abilities (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure & meet hiring deadlines
Self-motivated, organized & result-driven
