Recruiter

A field recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for roles located outside of a traditional office setting, often involving direct engagement with communities and events. Key duties include creating job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process for roles in the field. Field recruiters build and maintain networks of potential candidates through community outreach and are crucial for filling positions that require a hands-on presence in various locations. 

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and outreach:

  Actively recruit candidates by attending job fairs, visiting community sites, and using online platforms to find potential hires. 

• Candidate management:

  Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure they are a good fit for the role and company culture. 

• Process coordination:

  Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating onboarding. 

• Relationship building:

  Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders, such as hiring managers. 

• Strategy and compliance:

  Develop and implement recruitment strategies, stay updated on local hiring trends, and ensure compliance with hiring policies. 

• Offer and onboarding:

  Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
