Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our travel sales operations with a strong focus on generating B2C leads and driving direct client sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with deep expertise in Bali and Vietnam travel packages.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase B2C bookings and revenue.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Generate new business by identifying and converting potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with direct customers and repeat travelers.
Create and promote attractive travel packages for Bali, Vietnam, and other destinations.
Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation and brand visibility.
Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in travel sales or related roles.
Proven success in B2C sales and client acquisition.
In-depth knowledge of Bali and Vietnam destinations.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet targets and deliver measurable growth.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and online travel platforms.
