Job Role: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including calling candidates and scheduling interviews. Candidates with or without prior experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Call and screen candidates for various job openings
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and follow up on interview status
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations

Requirements:

Qualification: HSC Pass to Graduate
Experience: Freshers or Experienced
Gender: Male/Female both can apply
Age: 18 to 30 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
