We are currently hiring for the position of HR Recruiter / Sr. HR Recruiter to join our team in Dubai, UAE, with an initial training period of 2 months in Bangalore (Indiranagar).

Location: Dubai, UAE (Initial 2 months in Bangalore)

Experience Required:

• HR Recruiter: 1+ years

• Sr. HR Recruiter: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles

• Source, screen, interview, negotiate, and close candidates for assigned requisitions

• Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.) and open-source platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline

• Maintain and update an internal database of candidates

• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers

• Work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Exhibit strong sourcing and technical evaluation skills

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-life cycle and technical recruitment

• Team management skills (for Sr. Recruiter role)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with HR processes and regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
