• Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and follow up for feedback

• Maintain candidate pipelines and databases for current and future hiring needs

• Ensure timely communication and a smooth recruitment experience for all candidates

• Maintain and update daily recruitment reports and trackers

• Collaborate with HR team on other related functions when needed
