Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Franchise Recruitment & Sales: Prospect, qualify, and close new franchise partners using inbound leads, outbound research, and broker networks.
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract signing, maintaining accurate data in CRM systems.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for signing and activating new franchise locations.
Market Expansion Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential areas for new outlets.
Relationship & Onboarding Management: Coordinate with operations and training teams to ensure a smooth, compliant handover from contract signing to launch.
Brand Representation: Represent the company at franchise expos, webinars, and industry events. Finprov +3
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Usually requires 4–10 years in sales, business development, or franchise management.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and discuss commercial terms.
