We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet our organizational needs and client requirements. You should have a solid understanding of IT technologies, recruitment strategies, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (Software Developers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, Cloud Specialists, etc.).
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Maintain candidate database and manage recruitment reports using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary and close candidates within the stipulated timeline.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies (Java,SAP, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.)
Excellent sourcing techniques using job boards, social media, and networking.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment (Agency/Consulting or Corporate).
