Maths Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per CBSE curriculum and learning outcomes.

• Prepare yearly, monthly, and daily lesson plans.

• Complete syllabus within academic timelines.

• Conduct class tests, periodic assessments, and board-pattern examinations.

• Prepare students for board exams with revision strategies and doubt-clearing sessions.

• Maintain notebooks, assessment records, and student progress reports.

• Implement experiential learning, activity-based learning, and competency-based education.

• Identify slow learners and provide remedial support.

• Integrate technology (smart boards, presentations, worksheets, digital platforms) into teaching.

• Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment.

• Communicate student progress effectively with parents during PTMs.

• Participate in school events, training sessions, and academic meetings.

Required Skills

• Strong command over subject concepts (Grade 9 & 10 CBSE level)

• Good communication and classroom management skills

• Board exam preparation strategies

• Ability to create worksheets and question papers

• Student-centric teaching approach

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, online teaching tools)

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Ed compulsory

• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in CBSE school

• Experience teaching Grades 9 & 10 preferred

• Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may be considered (optional line — remove if strict hiring)

• It is a Full Time Teacher / Tutor job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
