Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process from initial requirement gathering through candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner with consultancy clients and internal account managers to understand specific non-IT role requirements (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations).
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and the internal database to attract high-quality, non-technical candidates.
Candidate Vetting: Conduct in-depth telephonic and in-person interviews, assessing candidates for required hard skills, soft skills (communication, teamwork, cultural fit), and industry-specific domain knowledge.
Target Achievement: Work proactively to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly placement and revenue targets.
