KRA – HR Generalist (Payroll & Compliance)
Position: HR Generalist – Payroll & Compliance
Department: Human Resources
CTC: Depends on Present CTC
Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience in SPINE HRMS / SPINE Payroll will be preferred.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Payroll Management
• Processing monthly payroll with accuracy and within timelines.
• Managing attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and statutory deductions.
• Ensuring accurate Full & Final Settlement processing.
• Coordination with finance for salary disbursement and payroll reports.
• Handling employee payroll queries and resolving discrepancies.
2. Statutory Compliance
• Managing PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory compliances.
• Timely preparation and filing of statutory returns.
• Coordination during labour inspections and audits.
• Maintaining statutory registers and compliance records as per legal requirements.
• Ensuring adherence to labour laws and company policies.
3. HR Operations
• Employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintaining employee personal files and HRMS records.
• Issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
• Handling employee attendance and leave management system.
• Exit formalities and relieving documentation.
4. HRMS Management
• Regular updating and maintenance of HRMS data.
• Generating payroll and MIS reports from the system.
• Supporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in SPINE Payroll/HRMS will be an added advantage.
5. Recruitment & Coordination
• Coordination for interview scheduling and joining formalities.
• Maintaining recruitment tracker and employee database.
• Follow-up with candidates for documentation and onboarding process.
6. MIS & Reporting
• Preparing monthly HR reports related to payroll, attendance, attrition, and compliance.
• Sharing management reports within defined timelines.
• Maintaining confidentiality of employee and payroll data.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Payroll & Compliance.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
• Hands-on experience in payroll software; SPINE Payroll experience preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
