Role Description This is an on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations for facility management and security services staff, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating hiring with operations teams, managing payroll and attendance data, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role will also involve developing HR procedures, supporting training and development initiatives, maintaining accurate HR documentation, and collaborating with management to improve workforce planning and retention. The human resources manager will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent HR practices across multiple client sites.

Relevant experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in facility management, security services, or similar service-based industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software or HRIS systems; ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
