We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle joining formalities, documentation, and induction process
Coordinate with payroll team for attendance, leaves, and salary processing
Monitor employee attendance and leave records
Address employee queries and provide HR support
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Conduct employee engagement activities and events
Handle exit formalities including full & final (FNF) settlements
