Responsibilities

Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment

Proven expertise in non-IT lateral hiring

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

Ideal Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment of Bulk hiring / Lateral hiring.
