Transport Coordinator – Number of positions 5 Job Summary: The Transport Coordinator is responsible for route planning, vehicle allocation, and ensuring the timely movement of employees, with optimal use of the MoveInSync portal. Key Responsibilities: ➢ Plan and optimize daily employee transport routes using the MoveInSync tool. ➢ Coordinate with transport vendors to manage trip schedules and real-time updates. ➢ Ensure compliance with transport protocols, including escort mandates and vehicle hygiene standards. ➢ Monitor and address real-time exceptions such as no-shows, trip cancellations, and delays. ➢ Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding changes, incidents, or delays. ➢ Support internal and external transport audits by maintaining accurate documentation. Requirements: ✓ 3–4 years of experience in employee transport management. ✓ Proficiency in MoveInSync operations (routing, scheduling, tracking). ✓ Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. ✓ Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
