Make calls to customers (Inbound / Outbound) and understand their needs to offer the right solutions 📞

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Handle payment collections and follow-ups (if applicable)

Perform back-office tasks including data entry, client coordination, and preparing reports

Meet daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs 🎯

Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients

🎓 Qualification & Requirements

Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred but not mandatory)

Freshers and Experienced — both are welcome!

Language: Hindi / English / Marathi — any will work 🗣

Strong communication and sales skills

Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
