Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day office activities including housekeeping, pantry services, office supplies, and workplace cleanliness.
• Handle travel bookings, hotel stays, transportation, and related documents for employees and management.
• Purchase and track office supplies, gifts, and IT items while ensuring cost control.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance work, AMCs, and service-related needs.
• Manage office facilities including seating arrangements, access cards, visitor coordination, and basic security support.
• Ensure timely repair and maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.
• Maintain all admin records like purchase orders, invoices, agreements, and asset details; work with Accounts for vendor payments.
• Follow and support company policies, safety rules, and compliance guidelines in daily operations.
