Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Experience: 2 – 4 Years

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification: MBA (HR) or relevant recruitment experience

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive , experience in end-to-end recruitment, sound sourcing skills, and the ability to manage candidate engagement professionally.

Responsibilities Include:

✅ Sourcing candidates from job portals & LinkedIn

✅ Screening profiles and conducting telephonic discussions

✅ Coordinating interviews and following up with candidates

✅ Maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment data

✅ Stakeholder Coordination with hiring managers for job requirements and feedback
