About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team at Volitionsphere IT Services LLP. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle — from sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to scheduling interviews and onboarding.

• Source candidates through various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and employee referrals.

• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within defined timelines.

• Maintain strong coordination with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of recruitment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of job portals and social media hiring.

• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
