Key Responsibilities

1. Handle the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.

2. Source candidates via job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

3. Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further rounds.

4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

5. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

6. Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports.

7. Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
