We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at Times Consultancy Services to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. Excellent into End to End Recruitment.

Train and Motivate the team.

Excellent in sourcing candidates through Job Portals, Referencing, Head Hunting, Social Media, etc.

Good at Relationship Building & Followups with the candidates.

Ensure that the candidates attend the F2F interview at the stipulated time.

Ensure strong follow-ups with the candidate post the offer till joining.

Good Computer knowledge i.e. MS Office, Outlook & Internet surfing, etc.

Skills & Knowledge.

Responsibility to Completing the Recruitment Target.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
