Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)

• Handling job portals and social media recruitment

• Coordinating with hiring managers for requirements

• Maintaining candidate databases and reports

Requirements:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
