Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle complete employee lifecycle management (joining to exit formalities).
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with stakeholders and department heads for hiring and HR requirements.
Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/accounts team.
