Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Understand hiring requirements in collaboration with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews/assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
• Maintain candidate pipelines and databases
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and manage salary discussions
• Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
• Stay updated on industry trends and hiring best practices
Key Skills & Requirements
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS tools
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Strong Communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in hiring for non-technical / bulk roles (customize as needed)
• Exposure to employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
